xcellence.com is a platform that brings together three separate entities: Xcellence Realty, Inc, Xcellence Mortgage, Inc, and Xcellence Title, LLC. These entities are individually operated and independent from one another. While they collaborate under xcellence.com to provide a comprehensive real estate experience for clients and agents, each entity operates separately with its own distinct services and responsibilities.

xcellence.com respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon, please follow our Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) procedure as outlined below:

To the extent permitted by law, xcellence.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of xcellence.com, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination
xcellence.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to xcellence.com at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
