Disclosure of Separate Entities
xcellence.com is a platform that brings together three separate entities: Xcellence Realty, Inc, Xcellence Mortgage, Inc, and Xcellence Title, LLC. These entities are individually operated and independent from one another. While they collaborate under xcellence.com to provide a comprehensive real estate experience for clients and agents, each entity operates separately with its own distinct services and responsibilities.

xcellence.com respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon, please follow our Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) procedure as outlined below:
Provide a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
Identify the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
Provide sufficient information to locate the allegedly infringing material.

Termination
xcellence.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to xcellence.com at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
